Practice
I have practiced immigration law almost exclusively since first being admitted to the bar in 2010. I began my career at the Philadelphia firm of Klasko, Rulon, Stock & Seltzer, LLP (now Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP), where I handled research-based EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-1B Outstanding Professor or Researcher, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, and O-1A Extraordinary Ability visa petitions. After receiving my PhD, I began working at Duque, Kelley & Associates, PLLC, where I have expanded my practice to include motions and appeals in removal defense and other immigration matters.
Over my career, I have represented clients before the following courts and administrative agencies--
Federal Court of Appeals for the First Circuit
Federal Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit
Federal Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit
Federal Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit
United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), including the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and various immigration courts
