Practice
I've worked in immigration law since 2009. I began my career at Klasko, Rulon, Stock & Seltzer, LLP, where I focused my work on research-based EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-1B Outstanding Professor or Researcher, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, and O-1A Extraordinary Ability visa petitions. Previously, I was Of Counsel at Duque Immigration Law PLLC, where I expanded my practice to include motions and appeals in removal defense and other immigration matters.
Over my career, I have represented clients before the following courts and administrative agencies--
United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit
United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit
United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit
United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit
United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), including the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and various immigration courts
